How can I customise one of your designs to suit me?
A lot of our collections feature rainbows of colour which may not be suited to your own wedding colours. All of the designs are flexible, and you can choose all of the elements that your tiara has - making it entirely personal to you!
Our designs can be altered in the following ways:

- Crystal Colour
- Pearl Colour
- Feather Colour
- Wire colour
- Tiara Height
- Band size (where possible)

What colours do you do?
Take a look at our Colour Chart to see every pearl, crystal and feather colour we carry. The choice is pretty huge, so if you get stuck, email us or ring us (07766397821) and we will give you our expert opinion.

Do you do child sizes?
Yes, BUT - please email us prior to ordering as some of the designs may be unsuitable for a child, and we may advise adjusting the design so as to suit a smaller head.

Do you cater for larger heads?
Possibly. Some of the designs allow for the band to be extended, some don't. Please get in touch with the design you had in mind and we'll see what we can do!

What do you charge for postage and packaging to the UK?

Postage is FREE on orders over £24.99.
Postage is charged at £2.00 as standard on all orders under £25.00.

All of our tiaras come gift wrapped, and where possible multiple items will be shipped in the same box. However, if you'd like separate boxes for each item, please contact us and we will quote you a price for additional packaging.

How long will my tiara take to arrive?
As each tiara is handmade and can take a long time to make up, particularly if you have opted to customise your tiara, our current order-dispatch time stands at 2-4 weeks. We will email to let you know when your tiara has been dispatched.

If you need a tiara urgently, we will probably be able to accomodate a rush order, so please get in touch. Extra postal charges may apply.

What postal service do you use?
All of our packages are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. This service typically takes 1-2 days, although can be longer. We have found it to be very reliable, but if you feel safer having it sent via recorded delivery or Special Next Day, let us know before you order and we will alter your invoice accordingly.
Please note that during a postal strike, we have no control over when your parcel will arrive.

Do you deliver worldwide?
We are more than happy to deliver worldwide! Extra postage costs may be incurred depending on where you live, so please get in contact prior to ordering your tiara.

How do you package your tiaras? Won't they get crushed during transit?
Where possible, each tiara is placed into a strong cardboard box, and surrounded with tissue paper. This stops any damage occuring to your item during the postal process. In the unlikely event the items do become damaged, we will repair them free of charge.

What payment methods do you take?
We currently accept the following methods of payment:

- Paypal
- Postal Order
- Cheque
- Direct Bank Transfer


With paypal you can use the following cards (you don't need a paypal account!):

Why don't you keep items in stock?
More often than not, our customers ask us to change the design in some way. Making each item up according to each individual order means your tiara is made for you and you alone.

Can I return an order if it isn't suitable?
Our returns policy is as follows:

- If you change your mind about a purchase, return the item within 7 days, and we will refund you. We ask that you kindly contact us and explain what you are going to do beforehand.
- Please note we cannot take an exchange on any item that has been customised.
- We cannot accept responsibility for items that become damaged in the post. We will however, repair any damages free of charge.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we suspect the item has been worn.
- Postage cannot be refunded in the case of returns or exchanges.
